[Qgis-user] How to snap panels & toolbars?

Hi there,

can anyone please tell me, how to snap panels back to a fixed position?
When I drag them out, I'll get floating panels - but I never can get
them back to fixed ones. Same with toolbars.

When double-clicking the title of a panels, I can get them snapped, but
not where I want them to be. Toolbars don't have titles, so I can't
double-click it ;)
