[Qgis-user] GEO-REFERENCER not working

Hi Nicolas,

It was working originally and I used it a lot. I have uninstalled QGIS
several times and replaced with several subsequent versions but it still
remains broken. When I click the geo referencer button, nothing happens.

I have to use QGIS on a new machine to use the geo reference function. You
would think that a full uninstall and a reinstall would fix any such issues,
however this persists.
