[Qgis-user] comma as decimal separator in Attribute Table

Hi all,

I don't get a comma as an decimal separator although in 
qgis/options/language is german(de). I get yust a Point as decimal 
separator. In Windows-System the local settings are OK.

qgis: 2.18.4

postgis layer:
Fieldtype = double
Typename = numeric
length = 12
prcision = 2

How I can fix this Problem?
