[Qgis-user] QGIS SVG: outdated warning

Hi Richard,

In this case I was confused by the term stable in the previous message.

If this is still there on 2.99, can you check if SVG export also works with

* Transparency

* Layer blend modes

IIRC, these were the tricky things.
