[Qgis-user] Trouble in loading plugins

Dear Sir/Madam,
I face some problems in starting the QGIS and some operations are hindered. These are some of the message i get during any execution.
"Couldn't load plugin EleView due an error when calling its classFactory() method
Couldn't load plugin quick_map_services due an error when calling its classFactory() method".
Please help in how to solve this.
