[Qgis-user] Kind information request on how to start QGIS - problem choosing the directory to locate the data -

Hi Marco,

You are confused because the QGIS installer puts
a lot of different launcher icons into "QGIS"
folder.

You need to start QGIS via the "QGIS Desktop" icon
-- and nothing else.
