Wafa’a, I don’t understand your problem.  Just do the following:

download QGis from this link : http://qgis.org/downloads/macOS/QGIS-macOS-3.2.0-1.dmg <http://qgis.org/downloads/macOS/QGIS-macOS-3.2.0-1.dmg>
and do the steps 1 2 3 in that order …  Beware that at first step you need to install Python 3.6.x (i.e. apparently currently 3.6.6) , not 3.7 .
