[Qgis-user] good afternoon [Mac kyngchaos downloads]

Well, I can't see that screenshot very well, but it looks like the disk image for QGIS 2.18.  QGIS 3 has fewer items to install, and one of them is external (#1, Python 3.6).  Just install them in order.
