[Qgis-user] Plugin PolygonComplexity

Translation,
The PolygonComplexity need and old version of ftools.  I indicated it would probably work in Qgis 2.14.  Does anybody know if ftools can be installed in 2.18? Is there a ftool dll out there that could make this plugin work?
