[Qgis-user] Topographical survey maps

Hi 

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to put the info on a topographical map. I have had no experience in this field at all. I am a drone pilot who has been asked (and can produce) to produce a map of a quarry. I just need to know how to put the detail on using Qgis 3.41 on a MacBook Pro.
