[Qgis-user] QGIS menu Copyright Label Decoration

Dear all,
in QGIS 2.x under Windows it is possible to add a html code in the menu
View/Decorations/Copyright Label Decoration like:

<IMG SRC="C:\Bureau\Logo\Logo_transparent_small.png" ALT="cropix" Height
= 40 Width = 80><br></br>

It allows to add an image as logo in the map canvas, which I find quite
useful.

I failed so far to find a solution to do something similar in Ubuntu and
in QGIS 3.x

Has anybody an idea how to do it?
