Hi,

Yes, this is related to user management and network monitoring.

This can be done on the server or router.

2 random links as an example:

I’m from Amsterdam, the Netherlands and working for a small geo-information consultancy firm also in the Netherlands. I use QGIS on a daily basis mostly for map making and data analysis.

Is there some sort of user activity logging system or monitoring in QGIS? At work we share proprietary data using password protected QGIS projects that connect via geoserver WMS links to a secure server. My manager asked me to monitor who’s accessing the server using the password protected QGIS project. We hand out personalized QGIS certificates to new employees. So I am confident that there is a way to track users via the certificates.
