[Qgis-user] Create own forms in QGIS 3.4

Dear users,

I wonder if it`s possible to create own forms in Quantum GIS 3.4?

I have found a couple of documentations how it`s possible in qgis 2.x.
In the layer-properties it seemes to be possible to switch to the
fields tab and a "Edit widget" is offered:

But in Quantum GIS 3.4.4Madeira I don`t see these "Edit widget"?
Is there a way to get it or to create own forms by an other way?
