Hi Anthony,

it should turn up both as a separate menu item named SCP and also as SCP
dock. I just recently installed it and had some issues with missing
matplotlib (and numpy, iirc) - the version for python3 wasn't installed as
a dependency. Installing it manually solved the issue.(osgeo installer on
windows, qgis3.6). eventually check the Log messages, or also during
startup of QGIS there might be a short notice of missing libs.
