[Qgis-user] Disable Vector Export/Save as Dialog window

Hi all,

I want to disable Vector file export in QGIS 3. I’ve tried to unchecked ‘QgsVectorLayerSaveAsDialogBase’ in QGIS interface customization, and restarted the QGIS but it’s not working.

The goal is I want to prevent my users to do vector file export (data stored as PostGIS layers). 

Any suggestions?
