[Qgis-user] plugin manger

Since each plugin takes some time to load and, and some may even eat part
of your resources, it's not advisable to install all plugins, just install
the ones you use.

Even the plugins that you don't use regularly it may be a good idea to
deactivate them.

This being said, yes, you need to install one by one.
