[Qgis-user] Selecting by Oracle ROWID in version 3.4.7

Hi,
I have an issue with QGIS 3.4.7 as we are doing a normal select from an Oracle table (which is partitioned). We are drawing a rectangle but QGIS is selecting points outside the rectangle.

On closer inspection we found that the SQL issues searches for the ROWID rather than the value of the Primary Key (which I have tried to set when defining the layer). We think it is possible that the ROWID values on the map may not be the same as the ROWIDs returned by the queries and that is why it is selecting the wrong features.

Is this a bug which has been fixed, something I can set to manually to avoid or has anyone else noticed a similar issue?

Any hints would be great.
