[Qgis-user] PCA4CD problem saving the module output

Hello

I'm using QGIS version 3.4 Madeira on my Laptop (OS: Windows 10).
I have run into trouble when using  the plugin module pca4cd using two NDVI layers from different years.
The modules run, perform the analysis and make a PCA1 (as I specified).

The problem is to save the PCA1 image created by the module. I'm not able to save the file by no means. I tried to reinstall the pca4cd, but with the same result.

The strange thing is , if I change the user profile (make a new one), install the pca4cd plugin and run the analysis again, everything works fine. I can save the PCA1 without problems.

Thus I suspect the problem is related to some settings in my user profile, and probably the reason for error messages occurring in other analytic modules as well.


Anybody have a clue on what is going on??
