[Qgis-user] Can't find the the Print Composer window while creating a basic map layout in QGIS 3.4 Madeira

I am trying to lay out a map to export and print at a larger size,
approximately 24 x 36 inches or A1. The help tutorial for the version says
to followthhis path:  Projects -> Layouts ->  Composer Manager -> Print
Composer. In my version there is no Composer Manager or Print Composer in
any menu I can find. Can anyone help with this?
