[Qgis-user] rRegular Shapes In 3.12

If you want to draw the shapes, the "Shape Digitizing Toolbar"
contains tools for drawing circle, ellipse, rectangle and
regular polygon.
If you want to generate circles from points, I guess the
"Rectangles, oval, diamonds" algorithm could help you.
