Hi,

I am building QGIS 3.10.5 on Windows 10 Pro. Everything is going right and
solution build successful and installed in OSGeo4W/apps/qgis-test folder.
After running first time I had run perl creatensis.pl it create a package
with name “QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.10.5-1-Setup-x86_64” which run successful.



When I copied my build files from qgis-test folder to
“..\ms-windows\osgeo4w\unpacked-x86_64\apps\qgis” and copied
“OSGeo4W/apps/qgis-test/bin/qgis.exe” to
“..\ms-windows\osgeo4w\unpacked-x86_64\bin and rename to qgis-bin”. After
that run perl creatensis.pl I get “QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.10.5-2-Setup-x86_64.exe”.



After installation I get the error.

Error loading QGIS

Oops, looks like an error loading QGIS

Details:

Could not load qgis_app.dll

Windows Error: The specified module could not be found.

Help:

Check C:\Program Files\QGIS 3.10\bin\qgis-bin.env for correct environment
paths.

Earlier I also get the same error hence I format my system and install
fresh window, but now again I am getting the same error.


Any help from qgis-developer in this regard.
