[Qgis-user] tracing

I got the tracing function to work one time but not anymore. I do not know
what I did differently, but the program will not trace anymore. I also have
problems all of a sudden to use topological editing. 

What do I overlook. 

It happened with 3.12 and now I installed 3.14 and it's still the same.

I have a windows computer and try to run the latest updates. 

Thank you all for this incredible support service you maintain with QGIS.
