[Qgis-user] Change language setting

Dear all,

Quick question from me. I have this morning downloaded the latest version of QGIS, as I am going to start doing my first course on gis. I am trying to change the language setting to Spanish and happens the following: it clearly says Enabling/changing override on locale requires an application restart. The issue is that It doesn't give ant option to run the application, nor is telling me which application.

Any suggestion is very welcome!

I downloaded version qgis 3.10.1 .
