[Qgis-user] Reclassifying NDWI image generated from Landsat 8

Hello,

I run NDWI using Landsat 8 and now I would like to reclassify the output
separating water from land.  Here is what I would like to reclass:

-0.994 to 0.1 = 0 and
0.1 to 1 = 1

but I cannot find a tool to use in QGIS. Reading comments online, it seems
"the possible reclassifies" in QGIS do not handle real data type.

Is there a way to do this in QGIS?
