[Qgis-user] manual classification tool?

All,

Assuming the buildings are polygons, what about having five point layers,
one for each class? Select a point layer, open it for editing, add points
within building polygons of that point class. When done save and close the
point layer and move on to the next. Then use the point within polygon
overlap to set the polygon values.

No need to set any attributes.

Each classifier could have their own set of five point layers to use in
their own sector.
