[Qgis-user] Quick Map Services Complement not working

Hi: I have installed QGIS 3.12 Bucuresti with n incidents. When I open the
complements windows and check for the QuickMapServices it shows that it is
already installed. But when I go to Web, no option for QuickMap Services
appears. How can I fix this?
