[Qgis-user] minor enhancement proposals

Forgot to add PYTHON VERSION to the list of items for Help->About. Very
important especially now that V1 (old) installed QGIS 3.16 LTRs still use
Python 3.7 vs. 3.9 for V2 (new) installations.
