[Qgis-user] 3.20.1 fails on Linux Mint

So I just did an upgrade on Ubuntu (Pop-os Technically) and if you pop a 
terminal open and do *sudo qgis* it's runs - which makes me think one of 
those bits with the file (<-technical term) aren't set correctly.
