Hi Norm,
every QAD window has a button on the right-bottom corner. This button
has the caption "?" indicating the help function which opens the manual
in the right page.
Let me know if it doesn't work.
Anyway, if you use a windows based pc, go to the
C:\Users\<your
user>\AppData\Roaming\QGIS\QGIS3\profiles\default\python\plugins\qad\help
directory where you will find the documentation (english/italian version
only).

hope this helps

bye
