[Qgis-user] white box - graphical modeler and others

When I open the Graphical Modeler window for the second time, the panels
disappear and I cannot activate the algorithms

the same is true for many tools. The second time the box is blank.
I have already installed and uninstalled QGIS several times and different
versions
