Is there a plugin for QGIS that takes two pairs of coordinates, one in local (Cartesian) grid and one in real world utm coordinates, that will calculate the real world coordinate transformation parameters? I have a pile of local grid coordinates I need to convert. Cheers Grant Perth WA Australia
