Hi Julian,
the PDF file of the Desktop User Guide / Manual for the current
"testing" branch is fixed now and available in English at
https://docs.qgis.org/testing/pdf/

The fixed PDF file of the Desktop User Guide / Manual (which is the only
non working one, while the Documentation Guidelines, PyQGIS Developer
Cookbook, Server User Guide, and the Training Manual are fine) for the
3.22 version will soon be available at https://docs.qgis.org/3.22/pdf/

See https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/issues/7379 and
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/pull/7381

Anyway, AFAIK specific docs for non LTR versions (like 3.18, 3.20) of
the 3.x series were never made available.

Regards.

Andrea
