Hi

EPSG 102567 is for the North/East orientation of the South African 
projection. 2053 is the West/South version. Most data should be relating 
to the N/E option. If you look at the coordinates, in QGIS, where no 
View CRS is set, then the coordinates are likely to be -3.xmil on the 
Southing, depending on where you are in in SA, and the Easting will be 
positive to the east of the 29° meridian and negative to the west.
