[Qgis-user] SHP does not obey to change its SRC to a new one

Hi Allan,

where you using the right-click on layer name -> "Layer CRS" feature? 
That does not reproject to a different CRS but override the CRS (QGIS 
interprets the coordinate values in that other CRS then).
