[Qgis-user] [E3] Inquiry regarding the name of the coordinate system, EPSG:5186

Improvement queued for a future PROJ release in 
https://github.com/OSGeo/PROJ/pull/4282

With it, Korea_2000_Korea_Central_Belt_2010 is identified as 
ESRI:102082, which is known as a deprecated version of EPSG:5186
