Dear Peter,

The "top mover" chart that you cite shows just a change between two days.
You will get very different results every day in this chart. It might not
be the best chart to use.

To get more generally useful results, please use the map "QGIS Users as
Percent of Population". This gives you a much more useful and accurate
result about the significance of QGIS in a certain country. Please ignore
the ugly projection in this map - this should be improved.
