[Qgis-user] Question and Recommendations

Hello QGIS List,

I have been following the List for some years, and this is my first post. I
have a question and a request for recommendations that I hope the List
could help me with.

First is the question. I work for a school district in California, and I
have seen plugins for 3D buildings that would be similar to ESRI's ArcGIS
Indoors. I want to use QGIS to create a system that would be similar. Does
anyone know if similar things have been done?

Recommendation. I had started a GIS Certificate program through UCLA
Extension, but a medical event necessitated my withdrawal from the program.
I would like to know if the List could provide any cost-effective training
recommendations that would help me to refresh my skills in QGIS.
