Hello Brett!
I’m not familiar with the tools you mention but, have you looked at 3DCityDB? It’s an implementation of CityGML in a database environment. There are some tools and plugins to work with it. Some you can buy and some free.

No recommendations further than looking at the QGIS web site.

Hello QGIS List,

I have been following the List for some years, and this is my first post. I have a question and a request for recommendations that I hope the List could help me with.

First is the question. I work for a school district in California, and I have seen plugins for 3D buildings that would be similar to ESRI's ArcGIS Indoors. I want to use QGIS to create a system that would be similar. Does anyone know if similar things have been done?

Recommendation. I had started a GIS Certificate program through UCLA Extension, but a medical event necessitated my withdrawal from the program. I would like to know if the List could provide any cost-effective training recommendations that would help me to refresh my skills in QGIS.
