This is a Free Software project and there is no "support email".  If you
want to have a place where you can ask for help and receive help in
timely manner, then you should find a company that offers paid support
and sign up with them.  Or hire someone who is good at qgis.


It is ok to ask the user group for help, but you should do so with the
understanding that you are asking questions of a group of peers, and
that none of them have any obligation to help you.   Despite that, the
group is almost always very helpful to people who do not treat it like a
helpdesk.
