[Qgis-user] Geospatial PDF Not Measuring Distance Properly

Hi Grayson,
thanks to the project file you provided in the issue report [1],
although the request layer file has not been provided, it was possible
to find the cause of the issue.
As explained in the issue report's comments, the issue is due to the
fact that the print layout contains 2 totally overlapping Map items
("Map 1" and "Map 2") with the same size and position in the layout's
page but having different scale and extent.
It looks like Adobe Acrobat Reader get confused due to the overlapping
maps with different scales.
It's not clear if there is an underlying issue in how QGIS generates the
Geospatial PDF or if it there is a bug in Adobe Reader.
Please let us know if you managed to workaround the issue as explained
in the issue report's comment [2], i.e. just removing one of the two
overlapping Map items in the layout and link the Scale bar and North
arrow items to the correct remaining Map item.
