Reinstalling opencl (the OSGeo4W package) after upgrading the tools might help.
I guess it's a conflict between the opencl.dll in system32 and the one in
%OSGEO4W_ROOT%\bin.

PS: use ue instead of ü, if you don't have it - as in Muenster or Juergen. ;)
