[Qgis-user] Unable to load Base maps in QGIS

Hi,

QGIS version: 3.34.15

I am able to load and see shape file layers. But I am unable to see/load base maps like OSM, Google Maps etc. in QGIS. Could someone please help me find the issue. I am unable to find one.

I tried restarting the software and system.

Layers boxes are also checked in Layers panel.
  *
I tried mapping the same CRS between Project and Base map layer. Tried with both EPSG: 3857 and EPSG: 4326. But still not able to see them.

If anybody knows what the issue could be, please let us know.
