[Qgis-user] Support for 25.04 plucky penguin

Thanks Frank,

That's a good work around, but I think the core issue is the 
unavailability of a Latest Release version for 25.04. I've created an 
issue request <https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/61898> as it's now 
obvious more than one user is affected
