[Qgis-user] Online layers (ArcGIS REST, WFS, WMS, WCS) failing on reopenning

Hi Richard

Different Nigel here, but thanks for your responses and yes, it would be 
nice to be able to set a limit to the attempts and number of requests, 
as per your OPT OUT suggestion.
