[Qgis-user] Online layers (ArcGIS REST, WFS, WMS, WCS) failing on reopenning

Hi Both,
Richard, I think your suggestions about the service providers restricting
access might be what I'm experiencing, because this only seems to affect my
primary PC. When I try on another PC there's no issue and all layers load
first time without a hitch! I've also tried adjusting my timeout for
network requests to 30 seconds (30000ms), but that doesn't help. Might be
a problem I have to put up with, but it's really frustrating. I wonder if
there is a way of refreshing my IP whenever it gets too difficult to load
these layers!!?
