[Qgis-user] Presque Isle State Park Map (Erie, PA)

Use  Project > New Print Layout  to create a named Layout
ctrl-click (right-click) on the page to set up page size & orientation
   it will thereafter be in the Project > Layouts menu
use tools along left edge to
  create new map
  place N arrow
  place scale bar
  text tool to create text boxes, etc.
when in the Layout you will have Items and Item Properties dialogs
  use the latter to set map scale, text fonts & sizes, scale bar params, 
etc...

In the Layout you can save as PDF or PNG or ...
