If you want to block zip files, that is your decision.  It seems clear
that you are using a tool that isn't doing what you want.  I believe
that you should seek support from your security tool vendor, or make
different choices about security tools.

I don't understand why you are asking this question.   Surely you would
have unpacked the extension zip and examined it.   What did you find?
