not sure to understand...

The provided error message indicates that you are still using the QGIS 
user profile named "default" in which the problematic plugin is still 
installed, whereas Harrissou previously advised you to create and use a 
new QGIS user profile.

Could you please confirm that you have actually created a new QGIS user 
profile and that you are currently using such new QGIS user profile 
without any external third-party plugin installed?

Could you also provide the previously requested info and describe 
step-by-step what exactly leads to the error using a new QGIS user profile?
