[Qgis-user] Adjusting polygon points to boundary

Hello,
I wanted to ask if there is a tool that allows me to adjust the points of the brown area to match the red boundary. Unfortunately, there are a lot of points, and doing it manually is no longer feasible. The brown area also contains many attributes that I would like to keep unchanged.
Does anyone have an alternative approach or a better workflow for this?
