[Qgis-user] Convert geocentric x, y, z to projected coordinates

I do not find EPSG:7194 in proj as a CRS.   It seems to be an operation
code for a US state plane system in ftUS.  Surely not in use in Austria!

Perhaps you mean EPSG:7914?

I would use cs2cs on the command line and get things straightened out
there, and then check in qgis.
